Digital printing – perfect quality on first impression

One is good. And so are the rest.

Digital printing is a modern technology that distinguishes itself from traditional offset printing, primarily through its flexibility and speed.

Since digital printing does not require separate printing plates or complex preparation, production can start immediately after file submission. This capability means jobs can be produced in very small print runs, even starting from a single copy, making the service highly cost-effective for projects requiring low volumes or personalized content.

Digital printing technology ensures high-resolution image quality, vibrant colors, and sharp detail, even in small formats. Furthermore, digital production allows for the incorporation of unique, variable elements into every single copy — such as customer names, serial numbers, QR codes, or image variations. This makes it the ideal solution for marketing materials, test prints, prototypes, and personalized products.

Thanks to its speed and low setup costs, digital printing is the optimal choice when short lead times, small print runs, or customized content are critical requirements.

Our machinery

Xerox Iridesse

Beyond four colors: we print CMYK + special toners (gold, fluorescent pink) in a single run – this enables both special effects and a very wide selection of Pantone colors.

Xeikon 9800

Digital CMYK printing on web paper: extremely fast, consistent and sharp results throughout the print run. Ideal for printing books and magazines.

Gold + Fluorescent Pink

Designs that catch every eye.
We print CMYK + Gold + Fluorescent Pink in a single run – luxurious metallics and neon glow without the need for foiling or expensive post-processing. Iridesse prints have perfect quality from the first sheet to the last, so your branding will be visually striking even with very small print runs.

Why is this better than regular digital printing?
Most digital printers only offer CMYK printing. We offer two special channels (gold and fluorescent pink), which:

  • extend the color gamut and give a neon effect or a metallic shine,

  • enable layering (under- or overprinting) to create new tones,

  • provide a luxurious result with speed and stability even with short print runs.

When to use these?
Premium covers and folders, invitations/cards, brand accents (logos, patterns, calls-to-action), packaging mockups, posters.

FAQ– Frequently Asked Questions:

What is the turnaround time for digital printing?

Most jobs are completed within 1–3 business days, depending on the quantity and finishing requirements.

Can I print a different name or code on each copy?

Yes – digital printing allows for variable and personalized content (names, numbers, QR codes, messages).

What file format should I submit?

The most reliable format is PDF (CMYK, 300 dpi, with bleed). We can help check your files if needed.

How is digital printing priced?

The price depends on the quantity, format, and finishing. Digital printing is particularly cost-effective for small to medium print runs.

How large should the bleed and safety margin be?

We recommend a bleed of 3 mm on all sides. Keep important content at least 3–5 mm from the edge (the safety margin) to avoid cropping.
